Meet our New Director

Tim Sandford starts as Director in September

Following a competitive interview process we are delighted to announce that Tim Sandford will be taking over from our current Director Jason in September.

Jason writes: “I’m delighted to be handing over to Tim and we’re already putting in plans to ensure a smooth transition for our work on the ground with young people. Tim is ready for this next step and he will bring his natural leadership skills and sense of vision to continue our great work amongst young people.”

Tim writes: “I’m thrilled to lead Souster Youth forward in the days ahead. It’s a privilege to be taking over the reins from Jason and I’m excited to work with our incredible team to build on the solid foundation already in place. Together, we will continue to inspire hope and support the young people we serve.”
